The UK’s Graduate Visa Explained. Make Your Future Bright
What is the UK Graduate Visa?
Graduate Visa in London, is also known as UK’s Post-Study Work (PSW) visa. This visa allows foreign graduates to extend their stay in the UK for a certain period to look for a job. The period is usually 2–3 three years after the completion of their studies.
This also helps employers recruit recent graduates without having to worry about the financial issues of employment sponsorships.
When the graduates come under the graduate visa, they are no longer considered students sponsored by any educational institution. They no longer require a Certificate of Sponsorship.
Moreover, family members who are already residing in the UK legally as dependents of a student visa holder will be permitted to continue their stay as dependents when the primary visa holder transitions to the graduate visa. However, they cannot bring children from abroad.
